Workshop Overview

What is learning? Why is it important that schools are consistent in their understanding of what kind of learning they value? This workshop will include a deep dive into developing school structures, systems and practices that support teaching and learning in classrooms. We will also look at how leaders can support and enhance teacher quality and use research to improve student learning. The workshop will also explore how we as leaders navigate change and empower teachers to meet the evolving needs of the students.
