Workshop Overview

How can leaders build relationships and develop high performing teams? Highly effective and adaptable teams can produce extraordinary results. Research increasingly links an organisation’s success with strong teams. During this course we will investigate:

• how high performing teams are created
• the school climate that is needed to sustain these teams
• determine team expectations and goals
• facilitate team development
• and ways in which you nurture your teams to even greater success

With 35 years working in education, 22 internationally and 25 in school leadership, Graeme is a highly experienced, inspirational thought leader. A solution-minded optimist, he believes in the limitless potential of young people and the creative capabilities of school leaders and teachers. His roles have included Founding Director of Fairgreen International School, the first fully sustainable school in the Middle East, Principal at one of Europe’s premier international schools, Head of an outstanding UK state school and Head of Learning at a world-class international school in Asia. He is also an accomplished public speaker.
