Cancellation Policy
Priyamvada Taneja Consulting reserves the right to cancel the workshop/training if sufficient enrolment is not received and will refund the payment if already paid.
In case of cancellations made by the participants the registration fee is non-refundable.
Certificate of Attendance Policy
Certificates of completion for the workshop/training will be issued only to participants who attend all scheduled sessions.
Copyright, Audio-visual and Recording policy
The audio and/or videotaping of the workshops and trainings is strictly prohibited.
In the event that Priyamvada Taneja Consulting cannot deliver the workshop/training using the Zoom platform due to changes in connectivity, licensing or government intervention, the workshop/training may be delayed and/or changed to an alternative platform.
Should there be any delays, failures or absences on the part of Priyamvada Taneja Consulting due to failures of connectivity or otherwise, that section of the workshop/training may be rescheduled.
Priyamvada Taneja Consulting cannot be held responsible for any participants’ inability to access and use Zoom or any of the Apps or websites used in the workshop/training nor of their internet connection viability during the workshop/training.
In case you are unable to participate in the workshop/training due to technical reasons, Priyamvada Taneja Consulting is not obliged to provide the recording of the workshop/training.
Participants agree not to share, reproduce or broadcast the links and content of the workshop/training with third parties or to anyone else. By attending the online workshops and trainings run by Priyamvada Taneja Consulting, the participant agrees to allowing Priyamvada Taneja Consulting non-transferable, non-exclusive right and license to use participant’s name, name of the school, school logo, photo and video of the workshop/training (a) for the purposes of providing the Services and b) for promoting the services in any means whatsoever and c) for internal research and quality monitoring purposes.

Registration for the workshop/training is done through a direct link sent to you as part of an e-mail message from Priyamvada Taneja Consulting.
We record the information you provide when you register for our workshops/trainings. When you register with us, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, name of the school, and phone number; (b) information you provide us when you contact us for help; The said information collected from the users could be categorized as “Personal Information” as defined under Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 (the “Data Protection Rules“)).

- to register you for the particular workshop(s)/training(s) you have chosen
- to provide you with information relating to the particular workshop(s)/training(s) for which you have registered
- to conduct surveys about the workshop/training for which you have registered
