Here is a glimpse of participants feedback:
This workshop delivered a strong framework for leaders seeking to work closely with a team. It was refreshing to gain insight into what constitutes a successful team and how to work with a team you initially inherit versus one that you have a hand in building from the ground up. The workshop explores how leaders can be more mindful of purposeful roles within a team, how to ensure safety, voice, and agency within a team, conflict resolution strategies, and how to develop intentional norms that propel collaboration.

The session was well-planned and executed with great finesse. It helped us reflect on our own practices whilst learning from our work group’s ideas and experiences. Truly a collaborative learning process.

Would like to thank the organizer and the key speaker for being considerate to our needs and timely finishing it, as it was post work hours. The pre-reading sent prior to the workshop was helpful and it was a very engaging and open workshop, where each participant was respected and valued. It is a good platform to interact and network with other fraternity members. I liked the way the workshop was conducted, keeping in mind both theoretical and practical discussions in mind. Learning and brainstorming together with your fellow participants.
