Leading Collaborative Teams

Date: December 18, 2021 How can leaders build relationships and develop high performing teams? Highly effective and adaptable teams can produce extraordinary results. Research increasingly links an organisation’s success with strong teams. During this course the participants investigated how high performing teams are created; the school climate that is needed to sustain these teams and ways in which they can nurture their teams to even greater success. In our final course in the leadership series we were joined by a group of highly motivated and curious leaders keen to discover more about leading teams.

Here is a glimpse of participants feedback:

The PTC session on Collaborative Leading was fresh , interactive and very effective. The pre-reading session links and tasks were very helpful to come with a certain understanding of what will support in building and leading collaborative teams. The session in itself are not too long, but just right packed with a balance of the speaker talk and opportunities for participants to share and build from common experience. I enjoyed the session thoroughly.

The “Leading Collaborative Teams” course was a very insightful, interactive and crisp with like-minded individuals. The platform was ideal for learning from each other, in context to real-life challenges. Graeme came with rich experiences, wide knowledge across different cultures and was able to provide answers to our questions in the right context.

I liked the fact that the workshop leaders had a very polite and friendly approach, and this helped build the connect with them instantly! I liked the combination of asynchronous and synchronous learning. Very apt for this day and age! I liked that we were often sent to break out rooms for discussions and that the criteria were clearly outlined each time. I liked the course pre-readings that were shared with us – it helped establish a base line for our learning.

It was always a pleasure to be a part of your workshops. The workshop on Leading Collaborative Teams has allowed me to clarify and explore my values as a Team Leader. The pre-readings were extremely beneficial and supported my understanding in every step. The discussions during the synchronous modules were truly rewarding and will help me to do my best to build a strong team.
